TLC Support & Habitation LLC is a North Carolina–based provider of compassionate, person-centered residential and community support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life by delivering structured support in a safe, nurturing home environment.
 
We specialize in Alternative Family Living (AFL) and community-based services designed to help individuals thrive in the least restrictive setting possible. Through individualized care planning, skill-building, and daily living support, we empower the people we serve to reach their personal goals while remaining actively connected to their communities.
At TLC Support & Habitation, we believe quality care starts with strong relationships. Our trained and dedicated team works closely with families, care coordinators, and managing entities to ensure services are delivered with professionalism, compliance, and genuine compassion.
